Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford has been arrested for possession of marijuana outside an Irish pub in Texas.
The actor, 24, was inside a friend's car in the parking lot of Ringo's Pub when police swooped in the early hours of Friday morning.
He was booked into jail and charged with possession of marijuana under 2oz, before being released.

An arrest report provided by Plano Police Department shows that the 5ft 11in star - full name Christopher Chace Crawford - had been sitting inside a 2003 Nissan.

TMZ.com reported that police found one unlit joint at the scene.
Crawford, who plays Manhattan rich kid Nate Archibald in the hit show, had just returned from a family trip to Mexico.
He spent the Memorial Day weekend at a luxury resort with his journalism student sister Candice and her boyfriend, American Football star Tony Romo.
His parents father Chris and mother Dana were also on the trip.
Crawford's next big screen role will be in the new movie Twelve, which also stars rapper 50 Cent and Kiefer Sutherland.
The Texan star plays a teenage drug dealer in the adaptation of the novel by Nick McDonell.
A full trailer of the film was released today.
He was also set to reprise the role of Ren McCormack, made famous by Kevin Bacon in the 1984 classic, but withdrew from the project.
